Customer Service Survey Results.

On March 13th 2014, Asset chemist conducted an online survey to analyse the different reactions from our customers who have been with us throughout the years. In reason for doing this, we hope to gain a variety of responses to know what we need to improve on by priority.

Here are the 5 questions that were posted and the feedback we received.

Q1: Out of a possible 13, 10 were extremely satisfied with the level of customer service received, followed by the 3 that were quite satisfied.

Q2 Out of a possible 13, 8 found it extremely easy to navigate through our website, 3 quite easy and 2 moderately easy.

Q3 Out of a possible 13, 9 didn’t contact customer service for support and the remaining 4 did contact us.

Q4 Out of a possible 13, 2 were extremely satisfied with the level of customer received  to resolve their problem, 2 was excellent, 1 was good and 8 didn’t answer this question.

Q5: Out of a possible 13, 9 customers would definitely recommend us to a friend and the other 4 probably would recommend us.
