Spedra: New treatment for ED
Firstly, what is erectile dysfunction?
Erectile dysfunction (ED), also known as impotence, is the inability to get and maintain an erection that is sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse.
ED is a very common condition, particularly in older men. It is estimated that half of all men between the ages of 40 and 70 will have it to some degree.
Why does ED happen?
ED can have a range of causes that can be both physical and mental (psychological).
- narrowing of the blood vessels going to the penis – commonly associated with high blood pressure (hypertension), high cholesterol or diabetes
- hormonal problems
- surgery or injury
Psychological causes of ED include:
- relationship problems
New Potent Fast Acting Spedra ED tablets
The answer is speed of reaction. Typically, with Viagra (Sildenafil) and Levitra they are most effective after 60 minutes. Cialis reduces the time to 30 minutes. whilst Spedra can reduce the waiting time further to just 15 minutes, although 30 minutes is recommended.
Spedra, medical name Avanafil comes in three strengths 50, 100 and 200mg. In extensive tests of men comparing Spedra tablets with placebos, it was found that Spedra helped men achieve and maintain erections quickly. The 100 mg tablet worked better than 50mg, whilst there was little difference between 100 and 200mg, but users are advised to see what strength works for them. The maximum recommended dose is one per day.
As with all ED tablets, there may be some side effects. The most common side effects were headaches, flushing and nasal congestion.
So do we need four different types of ED tablet? It depends on personal requirements. Spedra tablets are quick acting and potent. Sildenafil tablets are cheap and effective. One dose of Cialis tablets can last 36 hours, instead of 4-5 hours.
The choice is yours, and fortunately for half of all men aged 40-70 who have ED, there is now plenty of choice!
